● Never let children close to the generator set.
● Do not use volatile starting liquid to prevent an explosion.
● Do not step on the generator set when entering or exiting the generator set cabin, otherwise, the components of the generator set may be bent or ruptured and cause a short circuit or leakage of fuel, coolant, and exhaust gas.
● To prevent accidental or remote starting when operating the unit, please disconnect the negative terminal of the battery first.
● When opening the pressure cap of the coolant radiator or opening the coolant drain pipe, let the engine cool down first. Hot coolant under high pressure may splash out, causing serious injury.
● Keep the generator set, oil pan, and compartment clean. The oil will easily catch fire and accumulate in the gears of the compartment will hinder the cooling process.
● Ensure that all fasteners are tightened with the proper torque.
● Do not operate the generator set when mentally or physically fatigued, or after drinking alcohol or taking medicine.
● When the generator set is in operation, a trained and experienced person must be required to operate the generator set, otherwise high temperature, moving, or live engine parts may cause serious personal injury or death.
● The engine oil used must be certified by a global organization because some engine oils contain carcinogens or regenerative toxins. Do not ingest, inhale, or come into contact with used oil and its volatile.
● Ethylene glycol diacetic acid is used as an engine antifreeze, which is toxic to humans or animals. The splashes must be cleaned up in accordance with local environmental regulations, and the used engine coolant must be disposed of.
● Keep graded ABC fire extinguishers easy to operate. Class A relates to ordinary burning materials such as wood and cloth; Class B relates to flammable liquid fuels and gas fuels; Class C relates to electrical equipment (ref. NFPANO.10)
● The installation and operation of the generator set must comply with all local regulations.
