1.The commissioning of the generator set is carried out in three stages:
A.Inspection and Cleaning;
B.No-Load Operation;
C.Operation with Load.
2.Inspection and Cleaning: inspect and clean the generator set and the entire power distribution transformation project, and meet the conditions for putting it into operation. The work includes but is not limited to the following: generator set installation quality inspection (levelness, verticality, basic connection, motor insulation, Grounding, etc.), electrical cabinet installation quality inspection (levelness, verticality, insulation, control testing, etc.), cable laying quality inspection, etc.
3.No-Load Operation: After starting the generator, run it for 10 minutes without load. Check:battery charger or discharge meter, oil pressure, engine fan, exhaust temperature, inlet and return water temperature, voltage, etc., and observe whether there is oil leakage, Water leakage, air leakage, observe the air intake.
4.Operation with Load One: After the Genset is running at no load, put it into the load step by step. When the load reaches 20%, keep it running for 1 hour, check the output voltage and frequency, and require its fluctuation rate to meet the requirements of technical parameters, and observe the three-phase current Whether balance, lubricating oil pressure, water temperature, etc. are required, and observe the start-stop and operation of production equipment for any abnormalities.
5.Operation with Load Two: Gradually increase the load. When the load reaches 80%, continue to check whether the output voltage, frequency, three-phase current balance, lubricating oil pressure, water temperature, noise, smoke, etc. meet the requirements.
