LANDTOP Gas Generator Duetz series from 165KW to 500KW

Introduction:
Deutz serial gas engine is with compact structure, good rigidity,
stable working condition, long serve-life, excellent performance and good economy.
 It can realize lean-burn & smart timing ignition through controlling the air-gas mixing rate by
electronic control gas supply system from US Econtrols.
 The engine block adopt single cylinder with single cover & 4-valve air intake structure, which
features with reliable quality & easy dismantle.
 Reliable in-built engine oil cooler
Techinical data:

All the data are supplied based on the following conditions:
● The engine is with fuel control system, water pump, oil pump and air filter; while battery, alternator,
fan and other optional driving parts are excluded.
● The technical data are based on natural gas with a calorific value of 10 kWh/Nm³

● Standard testing condition (referring to Part I of ISO Standard 3046):
––Atmospheric pressure absolute：100kPa
––Air temperature：25℃
––Altitude：100m
––Relative air humidity：30 %

Working Principle:
The engine is controlled by the ECM according to the input & output signal. The ECM is set to receive the
instruction from generator & input signal from engine sensor to control the power output. The main function of
ECM is to control air, gas & ignition. Through accurately control, the engine can works under a stable
condition according to user’s requirements.
