LANDTOP LTA series alternators are types of brush exciting, are manufactured by modern technological lines with high quality materials:
-Stator and Rotor are made of electrical steel with low core loss. The copper wire used is 99.99% pure copper that enhance efficiency and power sources; covered with 02 layers of EI/AIW insulating enamel with heat- resistant ability up to 220℃.
-The carbon brush of LANDTOP alternator is made from metal graphite material with high rate of copper, fast field rheostat, calorific effect reduction.
-Alternator’s frame is made from steel and finished with electrostatic painting system providing durable and aesthetic product.
All mechanical parts are processed automatically on CNC lathe and milling machine with high uniformity and precision that helps machine operating more smooth, high efficiency and durability.

The brush alternator is a rotating field, self-excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, 4 pole, two bearing.
Insulation class H with stator winding is of 2/3 pitch design to reduce the third harmonic.
